C6 battery

Hi,

My c6 has a cheap battery in from last owner and was wondering what the general best option is as I know they are fairly sensitive when it comes to the electrics I ordered a odessy extreme AGM Battery but doesn’t seem to fit in the boot slot in the Z06 what’s the best option to go for??

When I had my (non Z06) C6 (battery in the engine bay) I had two Optima Red Top batteries from Tayna in Wrexham. Are the battery dimensions/spec on a Z06 battery (in the trunk) different? Dunno? Give Tayna a call?

Not sure if this is useful information but I just purchased a new battery for my C5 and found GoBatteries online.
I bought a Type 78 (side terminals) 630CCA 70Ah Numax. Delivered perfectly next working day for a good price.
It fitted fine and the C5 that hasn't been run for almost a year. It started firt time.
