Weather looks like bright sun mixed with slight drizzle with a hint of westerly wind followed by more heat and boiling temperatures turning the grounds of Chatsworth into an arid desert. I'll be bringing my BB '65 petrol slurping, oil burning bringer of death and the end of the world Corvette. See y'all there ;)

Well a great turnout and seeing different Corvettes and owners was the highlight for me. The rest was a complete let down - heavily rutted field, too few toilets, no bins, a PA system you couldn't hear and best of all they 'forgot' our club stand area. Thankfully we got that resolved but being all the show cars were a full mile away from Chatsworth house you have to question their image of the house on their promotional website? Our mates Kevin & Lola who provided the live entertaiment at the last two Nationals had a rare day off and finally showed us their ace '64 white C2 😍

I totally agree. I arrived in my newly acquired C8 only to be directed into a rutted, dusty, loose gravel field that was accessed from the main road signs directing exhibitors to the show ground. i was forced into deep ruts made by farm tractors (glad I ordered front lift on the C8) When the display field came into view I could have been in any old field. No sign of Chatsworth House as shown in the sales information. As you say very few toilets resulting in 50 yard queue, hopefully getting to the front before having an accident, little if any food stalls. Never again will I attend any show organised by this company. Having said that I enjoyed chatting with members in particular Paul who parked his newly acquired C8 next to mine. And it did, for the most part, stay dry.
