Here is a heavily modified Corvette – the spec is as below
When in full running mode . 580hp/590lb.ft and capable of much more. Proper supercar performance and handling.
The good
Some service documentation provided.
The bad
The car will not run evenly – it’s heavily rich on one bank and loo lean on the other. On inspection one bank has only one oxygen sensor, others may be faulty (requires exhaust removal to change).
I have had the PCM remapped and the dtc’s are as seen in the pictures
Because of the over richness the oil has been diluted with petrol and needs changing – the oil pressure shows low and there is a rattle on start-up.
I suspect with good oil it will be better.
Whilst it was mot ’d until April 2023 the rear lights will need converting from the led style currently fitted
The drivers window will not go up/down
The roof release is intermittent
Trunk release is also intermittent
Rear view camera has been fitted but the trunk release button has been removed
The car will drive – but very badly – better to be transported for engine safety.
I do not have the time now to get into the job of fixing the car to run properly as I am moving to USA on sept 1st
if you have the facilities to work on this car then is a great opportunity
