They don't work bulbs ok is there a fuse somewhere
Cheers
What year C3 ? Do you have an owners handbook too ? That shows the fuse layout but you can find images of fuse layout and numbers by searching the web . Certainly late model C3`s have the fuse box hidden under the dash above the steering column . Hellish difficult to see and reach so be ready to lie upside down under the dash !! 😱

Just had a thought . C3 headlights / Main beam are protected by a thermal cut out integral to the light switch on the dash and hence probably the side lights too . Headlights are not protected by fuses . As you said the rear lights are working maybe you have a faulty connection to the front side lights somewhere in the circuit .

You haven't said what year your car is, but here is the diagram for a 78. If this is the same as your year then the power for the park lights comes from the Tail Fuse. If your indicators work then the earth must be good, so it's probably somewhere in the circuit from the light switch to the lights. Do your side marker lights work?
