So I have joined to see if anyone has any info for me, my grandad originally imported a brown 1974 C3 corvette in 1990, he sold it around 2008 to a consultant/doctor I think due to him being diagnosed with cancer, I have photos of the car and have ran a reg check with it not been MOT’d or taxed since 2008, so I’m curious as to what has happened to it, i also have the plates that it has in the pictures (UK ones) so I can only imagine it has private ones on now ? The Florida plate in the images also aren’t real I’m pretty sure due to the style and I have images of it with a orange rear one which they don’t have (only need fronts) I’m pretty’s sure anyway, I also think I have the original Florida Marion metal plate it was imported in but it’s got a 87 validation sticker which seems like too big of a gap to import date, thanks.
