It came to UK then went home.

Is that a 'fixed price' sale or auction bidding? - low resolution images still don't disguise poor front, rear end panel and headlamp fit. - the kinda car perhaps (being a raptop too) you'd expect to see here for £12-1£5K ?
Yes, fixed price according to the seller.
Car is shown as still taxed on DVLA site.
Should be a 20k $ dollar car in US. I’ve shot the seller another mail asking for more details.
Personally think it’s a scam, but you never know.

Yes this link seems to confirm the scam.

You can never be too careful.

Had a couple of emails back from “the seller” car is supposedly in Washington, but he can ship to FL or GA “ no problem. 😂
If he had priced it about $14k it wouldn’t have been so obvious.
Been looking for a “cheap” rag convertible for my niece as she’s putting far too many miles on my 74 454 rag top in GA, not to mention the fuel consumption is killing her. ( poor thing)
They recently went from Atlanta to Orlando to stay with my partner and other nieces from the UK. The 454 averaged about 12 my 16 Camaro SS averaged mid 30’s. One niece was crying the other one smiling.
I’ll keep looking. 🤞

If that's 12 usa mpg it's about 15 mpg imperial......can't expect much more from a bbc. I can squeeze 15.5/16 mpg imperial from mine.......dig into the loud pedal too much at motorway speeds and it easily shrinks to single figure mpg though!

Yes, it’s US gallons. I know back and forth to school she gets single figures. She likes the attention the ole rag top gets me thinks.

If she was so minded that mpg figure could be improved with perhaps a tweak to the timing curve, even a inlet, carb and header and cam upgrade.........but even at USA gas prices how long would it take/how many miles would it take to pay back the expenditure?......never probably.

I think my other niece who has our Camaro teases her re the difference they get on mpg. Spending money on a car is not in their vocabulary unfortunately. Putting gas in is about as far as they go.
