Steve, a 3 day job?! I've allocated a month to do ours - going for new arms, so I need to swap bearing carriers etc. Plus, do the alignment here, as its 40 miles to the nearest place that claims to be able to handle it! No lift, but I do have the Quick Jack......

Had the luxury of a mate with a garage lift and a free berth !!!!!1
Helped a lot. Yes 3 days....... Still got the alignment to do but the car is on SORN.
The best bit was the trailing arm bushes came out very easily !!!! I have been spraying them for a few years !!!!
Could have used them again.
Pics will follow Stephen.
But I will confirm the ride is completely reformed,Poly bushes amazing !!!

If those are from your trailing arms your in trouble
They look like strut rod bushes
