Any of the leading number plate retailers should be able to assist you.
However most of them will offer to market it for you for X.
Have a look for similar plates to yours for sale. That will give you a rough idea of prices asked.
As to actual worth, it’s worth what someone is prepared to pay for it

Can't help with your valuation request but I just last weekend purchased BIG 454 to go on my '66 coupe that now has a 454 transplant and I paid £1,200

Obviously 454 has meaning to American car guys due to ci size 454. To others it means nothing much. Could also refer to April (4) 1954 ( 54) as a birth year. HOT is pretty good tho.
Best of luck with the sale.

I remember registering a 460ci engined Lincoln at my local DVLA office, and the very young girl behind the counter checked my application. She questioned the engine size as 7400cc and I told her it’s correct. My god she said what is it an aeroplane 😂

Bastards won't let me assign it without getting a 'volunteer MOT' being 40 years or more of age then it has to be applied for by snail mail. Didn't used to be like that

Edited because I'm thick and angry
They certainly make it hard for something that should be so easy.

Trade plate will take some working out to many people. I’ve seen the “real” one. It was on a 1963 bullit Bird sports roadster It was mid 60’s then and I didn’t know nothing about nothing then
. I believe it was one of Teddy Turners.
When I got to know teddy well in the late 70’s he no longer had it.
Most of his thunderbirds had CAT plates,
CAT 1 cost him £25. He had the finest collection of thunderbirds and Aston martins in the UK.
A REAL character
