Parts order

I am just about to place my 1st ever order for parts from Rock Auto, is there anything I should be aware off to get the best shipping and import duty price ?
I have seen people mention a discount code but not been able to fine one and not been able to see where you would out it on the order form.

When you order, choose the cheapest shipping option that includes payment of VAT and put the discount code in the box marked "How Did You Hear About Us?"
