Power steering and jumping car - Cause and fix

An other weird behavior after the mechanic, specially from idle position, when I twist the steering wheel the front car has this jumping or a super tremors if you will, this happening during the full lenght of the steering side to side. Before the car jumping happened only at the very end of the twist with narrow steering now is permanent. suggestions ... Did anyone, had the same problem!

Have you checked the PS fluid level
and if the belt to the PS pulley is adjusted correctly ?

Any difference when cold or hot engine bay ?

The mechanic for sure change the oil, well he did, he "adjust it"..... so I need to ask him to check these 2 only elements, any specific oil for the PS?

the jumping happen either in cold and hot state

Any power steering fluid GM recommends should be fine
Make sure they did not overfill the tank as that would raise the high pressure side even more
Under the PS cap there is a fill level stick, check when cold and be sure fluid is at the cold fill line
