Roof Issue after battery drain

Hi Peoples… I have a 2007 C6 Convertible and I left it with the roof down and the car on trickle charge , there must have been a power cut and the charging stopped … after charging the battery the roof will not go up…. Any advice please …MTIA

If you re index your windows the top should go back up . Hope this helps
