Scammed ordering parts from USA

Can anyone please help me with sourcing a reasonably priced replacement drivers door window for my 1999 C5 Vette?
I thought i had ordered one from a company advertising on Facebook as " Corvette Spare Parts accessories" with an additional targa roll over seal. All in with postage £250. Was guaranteed delivery last monday 26th May. Still nothing, and messages to his facebook link come up as " couldn't send" and profile does not exist.

Any advice would be most appreciated. And yes, i stupidly fell for the "when paying with Paypal, please can you send it "Friends & Family" .........so now i have no protection through Paypal.

Have a look on eBay, both UK and USA. Shipping through the global shipping programme, and you’re usually covered by eBay’s money back guarantee.

Unfortunately Global shipping through eBay.com is no longer available, not just for car parts but most other things except for books. It’s nothing to do with Brexit. car parts were paused about 18 months ago due to change in UK import rules regarding item must of been for sale previously in UK and therefore passed UK safety tests, eBay then inforced a blanket ban to UK via Global shipping program. Currently AI is blaming it on Trumps tariff increases but it was already in force due to UK import rule changes.
