Vehicle: 1975 Chevrolet Corvette C3

Purpose: Specialist agreed-value insurance assessment
STTP Racing has carried out an extensive, full bespoke restoration and performance build of the above vehicle.
This is not a standard restored 1975 Chevrolet Corvette. The vehicle has been comprehensively rebuilt and substantially upgraded using new, reconditioned and bespoke components throughout (mainly new). It should therefore be assessed as an individually constructed specialist vehicle rather than valued against a standard production C3 Corvette. The work undertaken includes a complete restoration of the vehicle, extensive replacement and modification of the bodywork, a full new gelcoat and paint finish, a bespoke high-performance drivetrain, upgraded suspension and braking-related components, modern electronic fuel injection, competition-derived fuel and lubrication systems, and a completely renewed interior.
The vehicle is fitted with a bespoke small-block Chevrolet engine constructed using aftermarket engine castings and modern internal components. It is equipped with electronic fuel injection, a swirl-pot road-race fuel system and a road-race specification engine oiling system.
The transmission is a rebuilt Super T10 four-speed manual unit incorporating a modified gear set. The driveline also includes a replacement rear differential assembly and new driveshafts.
The suspension has been extensively upgraded and includes a front coil-over conversion, billet dampers and an upgraded rear spring arrangement.
The body restoration and modification work includes replacement rear quarter panels, a new fibreglass rear body section and a new fibreglass front section. The replacement panels have been carefully fitted and blended into the existing body structure. The complete body has received new gelcoat preparation and a full professional paint finish.
The interior has also been completely renewed as part of the restoration.
