What antifreeze do you use?

I need to update my cooling system with some antifreeze. I had a leak and was only able to top it up with tap water at the time so the ratio will be out.
So my question is what antifreeze to use in this engine and how much? I don't want Dexcool.
It appears that the system takes 17.8 quarts/litres and I have an aluminium radiator
Thanks

I’ve had my ‘87 since 1995 and have changed the coolant several times. Essentially I’ve always used a good quality antifreeze in the recommended proportions and never had a problem … sometimes there’s a option for mixing at higher or lower concentrations, and I tend to sway towards stronger (even though strictly not needed for UK climate!)
Haynes says “good quality ethylene glycol base antifreeze” and 13.29 litres

Can't speak for later Vettes but C3 and earlier it's Prestone yellow stuff, either 50/50 pre-mixed or buy undiluted and mix yourself with de-ionised water.
