What Are The Engine Mods On This 72?

One of my favourite (series) of videos that were done on this fabulous 1972 350 SB C3.

As I always declare, I am not mechanically minded, so who can kindly tell me what engine mods appear to have been done to this stunning car?
Also which exhaust is this?

According to the Sales Guy, Stock motor but with Dress up Parts, ie the air filter and rocker covers have been changed for chrome plated versions by Moroso and Edelbrock other items in chrome as well

It seems to pull so much better than a 350 though, so surely more?

He said it was stock, it is going to have a better free flowing exhaust I imagine with the side pipe set up, probably well set up and worn
