Interesting they are stating quite clearly it's a project car for spares or repairs. I wonder if it's got something seriously wrong with it, bad bird cage or something maybe?
As with so, so many items out there for sale it may be not so much what the seller discloses about the item for sale - and more about what is not mentioned (and what any other decent seller would note)
Of course we could all just be being paranoid and it could be a genuine person that just thinks it needs a paint job and some work and is giving a decent honest price
I just remember some of the disasters I've seen (and unfortunately accidentally bought when I was young and naive) when looking for classic cars over the years. Now I go over everything with a fine tooth comb!
You're probably right James.The vendor makes the point twice (IN CAPITALS) that this is a project car, but the only negative note on its condition is the paintwork.This on its own wouldn't normally render the vehicle a 'project'. The price certainly suggests there are other factors in play but since any inspection is welcomed (on a lift) it shouldn't be too difficult to find out what they are.
