Not a worry...though it does feel like I've lost part of the family after 18yrs of ownership....
Lol yea I got the quotes needed by the insurance (who both said, even with 2nd hand bits it would be doubtful upon doing!)
It was the sending in of everything & then an assessor came out 2 weeks after that, to check i felt, that got me...

I have read recently that the cost of salvage cars has increased considerably. obviously the cost of secondhand parts has increased and has forced the price of salvage up.
