I took one from the radiator support. All done , just got to connect battery and test. Fingers crossed. Next job , drill into my diff to tap a drain plug . Save the fiddly sucking out business when changing fluids.

All seems to work now , no flickering on / off on full beam, thank you again for the help and patience .

What does just add a relay rid the flicking ?

Apparently it takes the hi beam load off the headlamp switch so now the thermal cut out is not triggered when hi beam is used . Looking forward to a night time drive now to see how good the lights are.
