I was recommended Classic Line but the quote you guys did me was £3900!! No claims, points, etc. Got a quote for £750 which was much more reasonable. The guy on the phone for classic line couldnt tell me why it was so expensive

Crickey! That is eye watering! What are you, an 18 yo hoonigan with a string of endorsements ??give howden’s a call formerly A plan in thatcham. Just renewed my 72 with them £213.00. 3000 miles per annum with 300 business miles to view piano access . Just noticed it is for a c4 and was reasonably priced last year. In my experience , some companies for no reason suddenly increase premiums dramatically for know reason. No loyalty for you sticking with them and just rip off the existing customers to fund introductory discounts to new customers, they then do the same to them two or three years later. I had it a few years ago with nfu on my van premuims , they after two years, more than doubled it , would not budge so I went with another provider at very similar to what I was paying nfu. When I received the paperwork , the cover was actually with the NFU !!!how does that work ? Baffles me. . Hope you find someone sensible soon.

May not be the case in the UK but

Here in the USA with millions of illegal aliens with no driver's license, no insurance or even vehicles registered
or are stolen vehicles
Countless crashed by them, most then hit and runs
This then is put all in the American drivers as to insurance rates as insurance companies pushing all those costs on us

Worse and known by the feds is a group is telling wetbacks to on purpose get into crashes, than they sue everyone and
the money they get goes to that group to pay for those wetbacks being snuck into the USA for a high costper person
