Unfortunately on starting my C8 this afternoon I was greeted with a tyre pressure message. One of my rears had only 11 psi. After jacking up the car and removing the wheel I found a nail virtually in the centre of the tyre.
At the time I hadn't realised that they were runflats. My old C5 had runflats and they were clearly marked. The current C8 is only marked with ZP (zero pressure).
Apparently runflats can be repaired.........but most tyre outlets appear to decline to repair. After an initial search (I only found the puncture this afternoon) I am struggling to find anywhere with an identical tyre for sale (I wouldn't want a similar one).
Has anyone got any suggestions as to where I can buy a replacement. Does anyone know of a reputable repairer? I am happy to travel if required. Incidentally, I live in Coventry.
All help with finding a solution is much appreciated.
