Having got a working exhaust all sorted out and tidied up a few other areas there was no excuse for not trying to drive the car out of the garage. So, heart in mouth, started her up, engaged first and let out the clutch......
it's only 4 or 5 yards but its taken nearly 7 years to get to the end of the drive under its own power.
I'll take the SORN off and insure it for the road when it's due for renewal in a couple of weeks. A few other jobs to do until then but feeling highly motivated to get them all done asap.
