Having got a working exhaust all sorted out and tidied up a few other areas there was no excuse for not trying to drive the car out of the garage. So, heart in mouth, started her up, engaged first and let out the clutch......

it's only 4 or 5 yards but its taken nearly 7 years to get to the end of the drive under its own power.

I'll take the SORN off and insure it for the road when it's due for renewal in a couple of weeks. A few other jobs to do until then but feeling highly motivated to get them all done asap.

Great to see that she is able to move under her own steam Tim. You must be feeling such a great sense of achievement bringing her back from near death.
I hope that we get to see her at one of Sussex's events during this year once you have her legally on the road.
