David's C6 wins at Silverstone

He makes it look so easy, so smooth, like as though he's just popping down the shops to get some groceries.

Still gutted I didn't get you (Fishy Dave) to do a timed lap at North Weald in my C3 to see how fast it'd actually go.

Hi All,
Sorry, I completely missed this, thank you. :) I was very happy with the win, although such was the gap made at the start I never saw my rivals who had been stuck in traffic. As a result the video is mostly just me lapping the slower cars. Still, a win's a win. :)

Still on the Yokohama AD09's Dave?

For this one I used the Yokohama A052, even more grip on track, but will wear faster and a shallower tread depth. The AD09 are still my 'do everything' tyre, they're very good and not too expensive either. :)

Better than Pilot Sport 4 or 5's ?
I've not driven them back-to-back, but have plenty of respect for the Michelins. The AD09 is slightly more biased towards outright dry weather performance, they are ideal for the trackday warrior that needs to daily their car too. The Michelins should last longer and perform better in wet conditions, but are unlikely to perform quite as well in the dry. IMHO.
