Hi Mike, As Colin (Surrey rep) has had to drop out owing to the dreaded steering lock issue on his C5, I shall be meeting 4 others at Beaconsfield services, M40 to travel up. We plan to leave a little earlier than originally suggested, probably about 08.45 to arrive just before 10.00. Anyone is welcome to join us at Beaconsfield between 08.25 and 08.45.
I will have 2 more club flags on board (with hard standing bases).

The plan is to be at the M40/A34 junction at 9:20 which should coincide with you guys being there if you leave at 8:45 and I can tag onto the back of you guys and should get us to Gaydon around 9:45/50. Maybe you can give me a call or text when you are leaving Beaconsfield?

Hi all
Thanks to everyone who braved our typical British weather today, especially those who came from other regions.
Sorry I did not get to talk to all of you, if we could have sat outside by our cars then I would have got around to you all and put a face to a name. Fortunately we were able to go inside and have a look around the Museum.
We we’re about 8 cars down on the original number, but nevertheless a superb turnout, thank you once again for making the journey and representing our corvette club.
It was great to see our club chairman even though he was not in a corvette (can you spot his car).

It was surprisingly busy considering the weather. A couple of the mk1 Escorts from Gaydon made it over too. It’s definitely better when the sun is out shining though
