I just don't have the patience for rubbing down paintwork, especially over such a big area. I'm much happier sandblasting metal bits (it's all so much more violent!)

Neither do I. I have absolutely no idea how anyone does this for a living!

These doors look terrific - I'm going to have to do the same myself sometime so I'm taking lots of notes! is the metal framework on the other side in good shape?

Cleaning at the mo, then paint, I know it’s been cold this week but I’d been thinking the garage was really cold, didn’t do anything Tue, Wed, Thu. Noticed today I’d turned the radiator off, doh!

It's going to be warm next week, do we get to see some colour?

Yep, that’s the plan. Get it done when it’s warm.
