No, the yellow ZR1.
Bargain. The ZR2 sold at Scotsdale for $215k thereabouts. Hopefully to be restored and it needed it. ZR2 specific parts checked out (as far as a couple of hours I had with it could determine) but boy was it rough and had damage repaired poorly

I suppose all/most of the repairs were done when it was just “an old vette” just fix it to keep it going.
The owners certainly did the right thing in selling it in the US. It would never have made that money in the UK, the market just isn’t there.

Irrespective of how few were produced etc - the prices being paid in the USA for 'their own produced vehicles' are crazy. Wonder what the 'septics' would think about the prices being paid here in the UK forsome of the semi exotic Fords like Escorts and anything Cosworth powered......they are are crazy prices too pro rata!

A mate in the US sent this video of their local car show including some amazing cars. The Corvette display starts at 40 minutes right until the end so nearly 30 minutes dedicated to some stunning Corvettes

I can't remember if I've posted these pics on here before.
I bought this 50th Anniversary C5 in 2004. I put the MOPAR plate on it which I had on retention at the time.... It did get comments!
The original reg was back on the car when I sold it about 3 years later..... VX04 UJW.

That is one lovely lookin' C8! Red Mist paint? And a lovely set of HRE wheels on it too! (y)They fill out the arches beautifully, giving it the look it should of had out of the factory. Had some HREs on my C7.
